Tucked Away House - Grassington
Our beautifully appointed Grassington B&B is Tucked Away in the heart of the village, just off the bustling main street yet only seconds away from the picturesque cobbled square. It is a magical place to unwind away from the stress of modern life. We have a delightful colourful garden, private parking for your car and secure cycle storage.
You can enjoy walking, cycling, riding, caving, climbing or touring the magnificent Yorkshire Dales from this central Grassington bed and breakfast base. Surrounded by the distinctive scenery of hills, drystone walls, limestone pavements, ancient woodland, barns and livestock of Upper Wharfedale, you will completely unwind.
With craft shops, galleries, boutiques, cafe’s and public houses all here on the doorstep, there’s plenty to do in the village before you even begin to explore the rest of the Yorkshire Dales National Park.
Tucked Away House is also our home, Hilary, Paul and our two friendly dogs are here on hand so you can be assured you won’t need to fend for yourselves, we’re here to help and to make sure your stay is comfortable and memorable.

If you are looking for the perfect way to get out and enjoy the glorious scenery of the Yorkshire Dales during your stay why not try our Electric Bike Hire!

Superb stay
"We stayed here for 3 nights. Enjoyed every minute. Hosts Hilary and Paul were so lovely, helpful , welcoming and accommodating. We stayed in the ‘oak’ room which was lovely, peaceful and comfortable and the en-suite facilities were immaculate and clean. The location of this beautiful house is perfect for getting out and about, lots of varied walks and places to visit. The breakfasts we had kept us going all day, perfectly cooked and a great choice. A very strong 10/10. Booked again for next March. Thanks Hilary and Paul. Batteries are now recharged. Take care and see you soon."

"Stopped at Tucked Away House in September for a 3 night break away with my husband. This is a lovely little guest house literally tucked away off the main street of Grassington. Hillary and Paul are very friendly and welcoming and cannot do enough for you. Very spacious room overlooking the beautiful garden. Room and en-suite exceptionally clean and tidy. Breakfast was choice of cereals, full English, tea/coffee and toast and sets you up for the day . I cannot fault anything at all with Tucked Away House and would highly recommend. Looking forward to returning in the near future."

"We arrived and were greeted like friends by Hilary and Paul. The house is literally tucked at the end of the cul de sac. Shown to our room, we made ourselves comfortable for our stay. Lovely big bed, shower big enough for two, plenty of tea, coffee and biscuits as well. Breakfast was ordered the evening before and the choice included cereal, fruit, yoghurt and toast as well as full english made with locally sourced produced. Nothing was too much trouble and I would definitely recommend here for the food, facilities and location - everywhere was within walking distance. Made our first stay in Grassington one to remember"

"Tucked Away House is literally tucked away in a side street directly off the Main Street in Grassington, very close to the centre , yet still offering its own car parking space which is a bonus! We had a very comfortable stay in a spacious, clean and attractive room and the breakfasts were generous portions, well presented, and offered many choices. Hilary is a very friendly host and made us feel very welcome. In these days of Coronavirus we felt completely safe with the cleanliness of the room and all the precautions taken. Thank you for a delightful stay!"
